How ETX calculates these

• Completed orders count only orders that reached the final completed state — pending orders never count.
• Completion rate divides completed orders by every order that reached a final state (completed + cancelled). Orders decided by the disputes team are excluded because their outcome reflects a review, not the trader's behaviour. The sample size is shown.
• Typical completion is the median minutes from order creation to completion over the 100 most recent completed orders, shown once at least 5 have valid timestamps.
• Badges are earned automatically from the criteria in their descriptions — never assigned manually and never for sale.

Badge criteria

• Verified traderIdentity reviewed and approved by ETX staff.
• Reliable traderAt least 10 completed orders and a 90%+ completion rate.
• High completion rateAt least 20 completed orders and a 97%+ completion rate.
• Experienced merchant50 or more completed orders.
• Fast settlementMedian completion under 30 minutes across recent completed orders.
